1. Estimated Cost The estimated cost of the works is NRs. 1,297,379.50 (Exclusive of VAT and Contingencies).
2. Eligibility and Bid Documents Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Sealed Quotation Documents at:

3. Purchase of Bidding Documents
Interested eligible bidders may purchase the Sealed Quotation Documents upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 1,000.
For electronic submission, the document fee shall be deposited into the following account:

4. Submission of Sealed Quotations Sealed quotations must be submitted either: By hand to the Ministry of Education and Sports, or Electronically through the e-GP system at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp Submission Deadline: 27 May 2026, 12:00 Noon Late bids will not be accepted.
5. Opening of Bids The sealed quotations will be opened at: Date: 27 May 2026 Time: 1:00 PM at the office of the Ministry of Education and Sports in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
6. Bid Validity and Bid Security Bid validity period: 45 days from the date of bid opening. Bid Security: NRs. 39,500. The Bid Security shall remain valid for 75 days, i.e., 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
7. Public Holiday If the last date for purchasing or submitting bids falls on a Government holiday, the next working day shall be considered the last date. In such case, the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain unchanged as specified for the original submission deadline. Note: Additional provisions shall be applicable as prescribed under Clause 49Ka of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, and other relevant prevailing procurement laws and regulations.
